HE is HERE!!

Our little prince was born today at 4:06 PM. He weighed 5lbs 3oz and was 19 inches long. He is absolutely perfect!

dialated and effaced but STILL pregnant!

Went to doctors today. I was like 4 cm dialated and 80% effaced. Which is great but I still have no signs of labor :/ how dialated and effaced were you before you went into labor??

primrose oil??

Has anyone ever heard or used primrose oil to help soften cervix and prevent tearing during pregnancy? My friend used it with both of her pregnancies and swore it was the reason she recovered and effaced fast. Just wondering if anyone else has used ignore heard about it?

3cm dialated and 70% effaced…. at 35 weeks!!
